Extensive experience on breakdowns has demonstrated that many turbocharger failures could be prevented.

 

In conjunction with RCM Marine, TSI have developed a continuous remote monitoring system that will give an early warning of critical components failure (bearings, turbine blades etc), thus avoiding a potential breakdown.

 

As the majority of turbocharger faults develop slowly towards total failure this system provides the opportunity for remedial action well in advance of a costly breakdown.
